They will also gain an understanding of how mathematics is required to develop production costs and propose selling costs.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Injection Moulding Trainer &#8211; typical practical activities include:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Injection mould the parts for a model car<\/li>\n<li>Mould different doorknob designs and test each one for strength<\/li>\n<li>Adapt an existing mould design to make a corn cob holder<\/li>\n<li>3D print an injection mould tool<\/li>\n<li>Adapt a 3D printed mould tool to overcome moulding problems such as flashing, surface finish and shrinkage<\/li>\n<li>Explore the benefits of adding a draft angle to a mould<\/li>\n<li>Design project &#8211; design a new component suitable for mass production<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>The set
